Terms of Service

Art Commission Rules1. I take payment 100% upfront or after the sketch has been approved.
(This does not count for Payment Plan)2. Payment plan is allowed only for pieces above 100€ and for 1 month (if you need more time please discuss this with me)3. Payment is through PayPal invoice via G&S in Euros/€
(Robux Payment goes through Roblox!)4. When paid you will receive a link to my to-do list where you can keep tabs on where your commission is.5. I reserve the right to decline your commission for any reason.6. I do not offer refunds after the sketch has been provided. If I haven’t started working on your commission yet and you want a refund, please come and discuss with me first!7. Please be patient and do not rush me. Rushing me will only result in a lower quality commission.8. For NSFW commissions I am required to ask for your age, If i find out you are underage you will immediately be blacklisted from my commissions and adopts/customs. and outstanding commissions will not be refunded.9. When commission is completed no further changes can be made so please make sure to mention if I missed something before I finish the art. You will receive the high quality commission via email or Discord.10. Do not remove my watermark under any circumstances, doing this will result in an immediate blacklist.11. Please do not alter the art in any way by yourself!12. Credit me anywhere you post the artwork!Adopts/customs1. When you have bought a custom or adopt from me, you are free to do with it as you please, however I do ask you to not 100% redesign the character with new species or colors, basically making it unrecognizable, as it will defeat the purpose of the custom/adopt.
(Only: Gender, hairstyle, accessories, and minor pattern adjustments are allowed without informing me!)
If you do wanna redesign the character please contact me before you do!
- Lumeriya design have free range to remove, add or change traits, but please when you do, move the OG design to a tab named Original Design, this is to ensure people know what the old design was. I do wanna ask you to inform me when redesigning. but the design has to stay recognizable!2. There is an 1 month cooldown on customs and adopts, this means that you have to wait one month before you can gift/trade/resale the character. Gifting/trading/reselling before the cooldown is over will result in a warning at first, second time will be another warning, third will be a blacklist.3. Do not resale my designs for more than you got them for, unless they include extra commissioned art. (art trade/free art does not increase the value)4. Characters that are obtained through trade or free/gift can only be traded or given away for free, you can only sell them for extra commissioned art if they have that. you can not make up a value for the design it self.5. If you have offered art for a character I will hold them until the art is finished.6. All of my designs have to stay on Toyhouse. So do not sell them to 3rd site/off site users, you may only do this if they have ToyHouse!7. Do NOT delete/hide any of my designs On ToyHouse!
Hiding the characters will let me think that the character is deleted.
I wanna keep track to who my designs go and I love to see what people are up to with them!
